All appointments require a 50% of the service total deposit. Deposit will go towards your service total and it’s non-refundable. Remaining balance will be collected at the end of your appointment. Please be sure to be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late and you miss communicate, your appointment will be canceled. There is a 10 minute grace period. In order to not disturb the following client's appointment, your session will be shortened and you are expected to pay for the full service. If you can’t make your appointment due to an emergency, please reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment using the link in your confirmation email or contact me directly so we can reschedule. If you fail to do so you will lose your initial deposit (50% of the service total). You must rebook within 5 days, to avoid losing your initial deposit. If you NO SHOW your appointment, you will forfeit your initial deposit and be charged the full amount of the service total on the card on file. All consultation forms and waivers must be filled out before your appointment is confirmed. If your forms are not filled out within 24 hours of your appointment, you will loose your spot. All Gift Cards have a 4 month expiration. Please let the person you are gifting know there’s a 4 month expiration. Thank you for your understanding.
