• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. This goes toward your total, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. • Please be on time. You have a 10-minute grace period. If you’re late, your service may be shortened but you’ll still be charged in full. If you’re more than 10 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be canceled. • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Must be done at least 48 hours in advance through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. • If canceled/rescheduled properly, your deposit transfers to your new appointment (must be rebooked within 5 days). - If not, you forfeit your deposit. - No-shows will result in loss of your deposit and the full service fee will be charged to the card on file. • Forms: All consultation forms and waivers must be completed 24 hours before your appointment, or your spot will be released. • Gift Cards: Expire 4 months from purchase.
