Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. It goes toward your total; the remaining balance is due at your appointment. Late Policy: Please arrive on time. • You have a 10-minute grace period. • If you’re late, your service may be shortened but will still be charged in full. • More than 10 minutes late with no communication = appointment canceled and deposit forfeited. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Must be done 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. • If done properly, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment (must be rebooked within 5 days). • If not, your deposit is forfeited. • No-shows are charged the full service amount and lose their deposit. Forms: All required forms must be completed 24 hours before your appointment, or your appointment may be released. Gift Cards: Gift cards expire 4 months after purchase. Please inform the recipient.
